Meal Plan Monday - 1/10-1/16


Looks like my menu planning will be getting a lot easier again in just a few weeks. My church friends and I have decided to start up round 2 of our meal swap group at the beginning of February! While I love cooking for my family every night, it's also fun to sample what others enjoy cooking for their families, too.

Monday: nacho bar (carried over from last week)

Tuesday: Italian Turkey Spirals w/ Fresh Tomato & Basil Sauce, whole wheat spaghetti

Wednesday: Spicy Turkey Meatloaf, baked potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts

Thursday: Beef & Tortellini Soup (Thanks for the recipe, Holli!), gourmet grilled cheese

Friday: leftovers

Saturday: cheeseburgers and steak fries (husband is cooking!)

Sunday: breakfast for dinner

  2. Hey Katie! I'm popping over from my blog to say that I'm glad someone agrees with me on the black coffee thing! Whenever I tell someone I'll take it black they look at me like I've just said I won the Nobel Peace Prize! Glad I found a kindred coffee spirit. :)
