Looks like my menu planning will be getting a lot easier again in just a few weeks. My church friends and I have decided to start up round 2 of our meal swap group at the beginning of February! While I love cooking for my family every night, it's also fun to sample what others enjoy cooking for their families, too.
Monday: nacho bar (carried over from last week)
Tuesday: Italian Turkey Spirals w/ Fresh Tomato & Basil Sauce, whole wheat spaghetti
Wednesday: Spicy Turkey Meatloaf, baked potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts
Thursday: Beef & Tortellini Soup (Thanks for the recipe, Holli!), gourmet grilled cheese
Saturday: cheeseburgers and steak fries (husband is cooking!)
Sunday: breakfast for dinner
